By staking Bitcoin (BTC) or USDC as a lender or requesting a loan as a solopreneur on fund.smooth.fund ("Platform"), operated by Smooth, a Texas limited liability company ("Smooth," "we," "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
